KRZ productions llc is owned by Zaragoza Capital L.L.C. with a business model seperated into two segments--a multi-media interactive company and an on-line back country skiing magazine. The on line magazine is broken into four geographic regions which include Idaho, Colorado, Montana, and British Columbia. Magazine revenue is generated from selling advertising space and the e-commerce retail sale of back country safety gear.

Zaragoza Capital L.L.C., formed in 2006, is owned by Tony Zaragoza and Debra Zaragoza. The company focused on residential real estate building in Boise, Idaho, but with a change in the economic climate, diversified in the fall of 2008 into the multi-media and on line space. Zaragoza Capital L.L.C. still holds various real estate investments.

The 2010 investor conference will be held on June 15-16 in McCall, Idaho at the Spring Moutain Ranch Clubhouse. We will keep you posted and provide more details as we go.
